We had a great experience at Visions! The sales people were very helpful and took the time to answer all our questions with patience. They made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and even explained a few other options that made even more sense for our specific needs. They discounted where possible, which we greatly appreciated. I can't say enough about the customer service we received and definitely recommend this store!

I found the experience of purchasing our new TV was excellent. The salesperson was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the product. I have purchased most of my electronics from Visions over the years as I find they consistently provide an excellent experience. CB

Large store, lots of electronics for sale. Which is what you want in an electrical store! Car audio, TV, Kicthen appliances, Tablets, Phones, Laptops, microwaves, washing machines, dishwashers, cameras etc. Unfortunately for us the two things we wanted weren’t available - a free handset iPhone (no contract - to purchase you must sign up to a contact) and a specific go pro mount. But staff were helpful and ready for us :)

Had an amazing experience at Visions purchasing a vacuum, a kettle and cell phone. Sukh was amazing walking me through every step of the way to get me the best deal and help me understand all the details needed for my cell phone. Mike was there to help me find the best model of Dyson for my needs. The staff made the shopping a fun and relaxing experience. Big purchases can be stressful but there was no stress at all with this experience. I will be back for all of my future purchases.

Great experience at this store! We went in looking for the Frame TV, they had it in stock and we left with an even better price than we expected. Yash and Lovepreet were super helpful and made sure we felt great about our purchase. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and knowledgeable folks. I went to buy a new TV after over a decade of not being in the market. The staff gave me very clear and honest answers about all the new technology and helped me find a TV based on my usage, didn't feel like I was being up sold on anything. Very polite and good mannered as well!

Awesome experience shopping here over the last month. Dealt with John for tv and Yash in the mobile department, two top class guys, Abner was also incredibly helpful. Service, price and overall experience including install and installers completely surpassed my expectations! Not often do you get the best price and best service in one stop, but it happens here…

Amazing deals and promotions from this long standing Kelowna BC location. Bought my first home theater system here some ..35 years ago. Technology sure has changed; Vision Electronics still offers the best of the latest.Cheers!!
